Appearance: Ace has green eyes that seem to be ever watchful. Some think it's unnerving, even though Ace never tries to be. Around his eyes are two rings of black, which tend to highlight his eyes even more.

His coat is made of a few different colors. His main color is a dark green, just like his eyes. Then he has a single stripe going down his back that is brown, ending at the tip of his tail and covering his toes. Then, as mentioned earlier, he has two black rings around his eyes. His ears are also black, as well as his underbelly and the underside of his tail. His claws also take on a black color.

He has no bodily ornaments to indicate Loki, not a shred of the fire he can control. There is no orange or red or yellow. Nor does he wear anything man-made. He likes his natural self, as unnatural as it looks. He can also shape shift, though he rarely does. He would rather look like the dire wolf he is than a mutated bird or something.

Personality: Ace is an all-around nice guy, though he always loves a good trick, much like the Deity he is a messenger for—Loki. Anything that catches someone else by surprise is a good thing in his book, though it takes double the effort to surprise him with all the tricks he has pulled. And once you're tricked, he has to try harder—especially once you learn his Deity is Loki, the trickster god.

Faithful to those he trusts, he can act the hero when he wants, even though he usually shows up at the last minute when it's almost too late. He doesn't do it on purpose, though. There are many times when he is too late, and sometimes he wishes he were able to see the things coming instead of having to hear about it to jump into action.

Loyal to his friends, and hated by his enemies. He has no problem shape shifting into any other form he's ever seen, living or not. Screwing around with those he stands to protect isn't a wise idea, though he knows he must be cautious. Even messengers of the gods die, even immortal mothers, and even the gods themselves can die.

History: Ace lived as many others before him have: In a pack run by a Messenger Father and an Immortal Mother. He was their first pup, and they were training him to get ready for the journey to “Yggdrasil.” He took on the Deity of his father, and his mother's deity was Astrild, goddess of love.

When the time came for him to leave, his uncle, Sage, came and took him to the training place of the Messengers. There he spent a year in training, and at last mastered the powers of fire and shape shifting. The last color that grew in for him was black, which ended his training. However, instead of returning home, he set off to create his own pack and create a new life of his own.

That is how it came to be as it is now—he is the leader of a pack he calls Ocaté. And he is determined to get it to grow and have pups of his own that will carry on the legacy of Loki.
